Dr. Stephanie Grunewald | Keynote Speaker & Workshop Facilitator

Practical strategies your audience can apply immediately.

Integrating concepts from psychology and nature, Stephanie Grunewald helps people understand and shift how they respond to stress and overthinking in everyday life.

Let’s name what women experience but rarely say aloud.

They’re thoughtful and self-aware. Their lives appear to work from the outside.

Internally, their minds don’t turn off. Even small choices take more energy than they should. They replay conversations, revisit decisions, and hesitate on changes they already know they want. Not because they lack insight, but because stress is altering their perception of what feels possible.

Stress, overthinking, and exhaustion are not character flaws or personal failures. They’re predictable responses to ongoing cognitive and emotional load.

Stephanie’s talks help audiences understand what is happening internally and why clarity disappears under pressure.

Participants often say:

“I thought it was just me.”

“This explains why I feel stuck.”

“I finally understand what’s been happening in my head.”

Her work doesn’t push people harder or force change. It helps them recognize what’s happening internally, making clearer decisions and actions possible.

Presentation style

Stephanie’s presentations are reflective, structured, and experiential.

She names patterns people recognize immediately and explains them in clear language without oversimplifying. Participants engage through guided reflection, examples, and real-life application rather than pressure or motivation.

Her talks blend psychological insight with lived experience and often include reflective or nature-informed practices that allow audiences to directly experience the concepts, not just understand them.

For many attendees, the talk becomes the first moment they recognize what they’ve been experiencing and understand what to do next.
